Actually, it should be called the Employee No Choice Act. "Forced Choice" is an oxymoron.

Notice that most of the workers are non-English speaking...ripe for intimidation...and worse yet if they are illegally here..easy to strong-arm them into joining b/c they might fear unions will report them to immigration. This is not right...EFCA must NOT pass...protect American workers rights to choose freely w/o intimidation and with the right of privacy.

Of course, the unions all insist this is for the workers' own good.
Somehow that necessitates deception and fraud.

I decided to submit a political objection and resign from the teachers union. I received over $150 rebate on money that would have gone to radical, left-wing politics. The rest of my "fair share" payments went to a charity through a religious objection. Don't support unions that take part in this deception!!!

This is true of all unions. In OH, as a teacher for 30 years, I was forced to join NEA. If you said you did not want to join, the dues were forcibly taken out of your paycheck anyway. Our little district got $25 of the $550 paid in dues. The president of NEA earns $400,000/year. It's interesting that Democrats call themselves ProChoice, but not when it comes to unions! This is America! Where's the freedom to choose to join or not join your union?
