@Jikara13 i made this a while ago so i may not remeber perfectly
I used composite lab pro to remove the green from the green screen and to remove the white background from the blood effects ( which i think i downloaded from detfilms.com or something).

Then i put 2 copies of the same video clip on top of eachother. On one, i put a mask over the head and on the other, i put a mask over everything but the head. then you can just move the clip with the head around and it will be seperated from the body. then i just put in the blood effects and exported it to effects lab for the lightsabers. Hope that helps! :D
