i have a question , my hair is quite shorter than yours and i want to add the same colours as you have in but my hair is natural afro should i straighten the top of my hair after i add in the extentions or shall i straighten all my hair ? Thanks !!

Thanks so much for this tutorial! I have shoulder length hair and I glued 2 tracks to my head and a lot of my hair came out. Luckily it grows back fast. Btw how much are the hair clips? And where can I buy them?

you can also curl them off ur head, it seems like that would be less work.

@ DPrincess28 Great tutorial thank you. It really is a great alternative...easy to put in...and easy to take out. I don't feel it necessary to re-anchor after curling though. I just put it in tight the first time. To each is own though :), you look great!

i am such the same way i cant were weave fo to long or to much cause it irrates my itchy dry scalp after a while but i am thinking bout trying the clips. cause i hate hair glue sew and all that other crap that make u want to beat ur head in from the itch

Hello. So i have a question. I'm a black 17 year old girl and my hair is longish and touches my shoulders. i want clip ins bc my hair is mega flat and i want it to be a little longer. what i'm afraid of is how different the texture of my hair is compared to the extensions. does it look weird if my hair is like dryish (Im in the middle of getting my hair healthy again after dying the ends) and the extensions are all nice?

@kenicke579: Hi there. Please visit my channel and checkout my tut on how to make your own extensions. Since this vid, I've been making my own extensions, and I find that to be the best route, especially for us AA because we can then buy hair that more closely resembles our texture. Otherwise, it will be a challenge blending your hair with the extensions as you mentioned. They're really easy to make. Good luck!
