Robbin Finnerty a Partner at Pagoda Technologies, which is an MSP that has brought a lot of their clients up from the break fix model.

Pagoda was drawn to CharTec after witnessing Alex's energy at IT Nation 2010. Once they watched CharTec's webinars, they felt that CharTec would be the key that would allow them to move from where they are now to where they would like to be.
