Gotta be honest, sorta wish this was how the Star Wars prequels would have been made. Ironically enough, the makers of this movie took some inspiration from Star Wars.

@Trekfreek Interestingly enough, have traveled to some countries where they do eat such things... but I do get your meaning. I maintain, however, that if they are enjoying it, then I feel I have no business to dissuade them from that enjoyment. Continuing the analogy, if the pie was 'moldy', and I told them, and they in turn rejected my claim, then I would shake my head and walk away... perhaps a bellyache will teach them a lesson.

@Trekfreek I guess we're coming at this from two different view points... I'm not really interested in how many holes a plot has (I can find holes in every movie plot, thought granted some are bigger than others), or other such parameters... I'm looking at whether I enjoyed the ride while under Coleridge's willing suspension of disbelief. Under that system of judgement, I thought Speed Racer was a 'Fair' film.

@scottandelli Is Speed racer a good film (no plot holes, good acting, no unbelievable story out comes) or a bad film? It's not trolling to point out what is wrong with a film. What is trolling is calling people names & telling people that they don't have a right to post their opinion. I hate the Mission Imposable movies but I only slam the bad ones. There are lots of good movies I hate & there are some bad movies I love. & I'm getting tired of repeating this ever other day.

@scottandelli ....But what if you see a bunch of people eating this bee crust moldy apple pie with no sugar added and all of them saying how fantastic it was. Would you eat it now or would you try and stop them? Would you not yell "HAY idiots, you're eating mold and bees you could get sick" "Or would you go about saying oh well it’s a matter of taste" especially if they get angry at you and call you names? All I'm doing is pointing out to that "you're all eatting bees & mold".
