I believe the name of the march is "Royal Standard" written by Alfred Young - a former director of the Royal Engineers band who wrote under the name of Earl Brigham. It sounds similar to "Golden Spurs" in that it has the same stately feel, but I believe that march was written by Sam Rhodes of the Scots Guards.
@DrummieNY 'Golden Spurs' was definitely written by Sam Rhodes who was my grandfather. This march isn't it.
