In this place you never have contact. Your food rolls up in a box that attaches around the cell door and it opens, as does the showers. you get out, your cell door closes and it moves to the next cell. Mail is on a screen u read in your room. I seen a human when they shoved food thru a slot in the door and picked up trays. The guards make alot of $ smuggling drugs in these places ..who would want to work a prison?? sick.people.not like a social worker..lol. not much dif between a guard and imate

I spent over two yrs in the hole. 23hrs a day. The one hour you get out..what a joke. The guard sneeks by at 5am holding his keys from making noise and practically runny by, you have to be standing at your door window to get rec. The Guards would always put two people like say a crip and blood together and sit back and watch the fight. They also wont enter a cell until both are face down hands behind back. good luck w that. so they wait until one dead or knocked out. "Man Down!"..lol
