@Althrash its the Arena now on Newport rd, back then it might have been the Rock Garden down stairs and a night club upstairs, it was in that club upstairs i saw them, possibly called Raffles at the time, the place was empty, only a few people (about 30) there watching them

i went to see geordie way back in the early 80's after Brian had left, it was in a shitty night club in Middlesbrough, best thing about it was that they sang whole lotta rosie,
