While I am by no means a progamer, if he stoped going for seige and timed it so that some scv's for use as a wall and repair for the tank and say 2 or 3 vultures with mines engaged and mined around the goons as the tank would come out he could lift off and get his tank out and hopefully micro enough to get his tank out. This is earlier before there are say over 4 goons. The goons would have to go for the tank or move out from/kill the mines

If he lifts off, he cant make any more tanks cuz he needs Machine shop, plus he needs to research siege mode -_- dummy

he was researching siege mode, look at the machine shop. plus if he stopped it to lift, he would lose regardless. rines suck against goons the only way to stop them are siege tanks.

yea that works, but whats the point?
He could just build the tank and then lift off the fact and achieve the same effect. The problem is that if he lifts off his fact, the tank upgrade gets cancelled
