Part 3, only couple of themes this time.

1, Danger - Secret of Mana
Someone please tell me that thing in the picture is from the game...I have no clue.
Anyway, nice theme. Long, but nice.

2. Gol & Maia - Jak & Daxter
The final boss-duo from the first Jak & Dax-game. Gol looks so awesome and acts the same way too. Maia on the other hand felt kinda...pointless. Gol would've been great antagonist by himself.
Anyways, I love this theme. Goes to the same category with Neo Cortex's theme from Crash Bandicoots. Nice, slow but so dark.
The game itself is pretty good too, so check it out if you haven't done so already.

3. G Malformation 3 (and 4 and 5) - Resident Evil 2
The third form is actually my favorite. The "dog"form is the hardest to beat, because it's fast as hell and pretty powerful too.
The theme is actually very awesome, kinda has the word "final" all over it. Epic. And now with these words we can lay William Birkin to rest. These are his final malformations.

4. Ultra Violet (Nelo Angelo Battle) - Devil May Cry
The best fight in Devil May Cry...or at least the first part of it. You actually fight him three times.
Nelo Angelo is friggin awesome villain, almost had me crap my pants the first time I played the game. And the theme...just fantastic!

5. Lord of the Castle - Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories
Another villain laid to rest in this part. This theme was not in the original GBA-version, and neither was the battle itself. This is extra material for the PS2-version.
Personally I think this is one of the best Boss themes out there...in any game. This is exactly how you make art out of game music.

  • Yay, Gol and Maia! I actually loved the first Jak and Daxter game. When Jak II came out, I was so psyched and bought it instantly. When I played it, you can just imagine my shock with Jak having a gun and wreaking havoc in a futuristic GTA-style environment. WTF? I'm sure that many fans of the first one felt weird after playing Jak II.

  • I know what you mean. I only got the games a couple of months ago, so I kinda knew what to expect, but the difference between Jak & Daxter and Jak II is just huge, I was shocked how GTA-ish it had gone. I was kinda disappointed, but then again both are good. Haven't completed Jak II or III yet, but I guess it's safe to say that the first one was the best.

  • The thing in the picture is actually the final boss, which has a theme of its own. But yeah, it's from the game. :-)

  • Really? Well, as long as the game's correct I'm happy ^^

  • I'm not complaining. ;-) Thanks for putting the SoM boss theme in there.

What game is that opening music from? It sounds like the theme from the opening area of Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance.

  • That's the game. It's called Successor of Fate. I love the theme that's in the first area of that game. So awesome.

  • @SonicBrawler77 i actually really liked jack two and 1 i think 3 was my favourite.

  • @dragonrider8891

I guess because of the choir (voices I mean)....

I prefer DESTATI over all soundtracks from KH but without Ansems talking (I know he was not the real one but until we played the second part he WAS the one and only Ansem!!!) Destati is not so interesting. But still the best for me.

  • NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! -falls to knees dramatically in the rain- WHY CHOOSE THE BOSS MUSIC FROM THE WORST KINGDOM HEARTS EVER MADE?!-dies-

  • I agree nelo angelo theme and battle is just pure awesomeness, I've beaten the game many times just to fight him over and over

  • @ZealSeraph Nightmare was kinda annoying but I thought the theme was good.

  • @0PyramidHead I liked Phantom and Nelo Angelo more than the others. Griffon was good too, but Nightmare I never learned to like.

  • I thought all the bosses in Devil May Cry were great. Phantom slightly less but still good. Nelo Angelo and Griffon especially.

  • I love the theme in the start of the video, in the presentation. It's from a Castlevania, but I don't remember which.

  • @girfan10101 The gameboy version was pretty easy, for me. I had trouble with Marluxia as well, I just went and lvl'd more, found some better cards, and pwnd him.
