"The Night"

A man down on his luck after falling out of his successful life struggles with paranoia.

This was shot on a Nikon D5000 with a 35mm 1.8 G lens using the mic on the camera. The light was so low that we could barely see ourselves, so it's a miracle the camera picked anything up.

This was shot, edited, ect. in a little over 4 hours and was my first time using After Effects... or any kind of special effects for that matter.

Nice stuff .. What settings do you render it on? as in the bps and the frame per second and etc .. I am a D5000 user as well ... Do drop by to check out my videos on my channel .. especially "by the sea" ;)

@jeesa666 ah, I wish I could remember the bps. The frame rate is 24, which is native to the d5000. I had to lower the bps to upload it to youtube, something like 30 I think. I'll check out your channel for sure.

what effect did u use on this? i like contrast

@banannastv I raised the brightness to the point that it seemed washed out, and then I raised the contrast until I got the look Iike. I did this in Final Cut Pro, but you should be able to use any program to do that.
