if a man can pull a dumptruck on worlds strongest man competition then if u compare the weight and power differences, then a truck pulling a rail car isnt that big of a deal

@1oldskoolluvr as i was saying......
you're just pissy 'cause you (think you) know your Ford may pull more (on paper) but it'll rust away long before any of the others.
-
@kappagreen71 you blue oval guys crack me up! God forbid anyone says anything against your holy grail of rust.
now, ASSHOLE, i was refering to the fact that one train car has been sitting for who knows how long, with the truck in question sitting on a loose surface, compared to a train car that obviously hasn't been sitting since Christ was a dude rancher, and the truck pulling said train car, is in fact on a better surface.

@1oldskoolluvr I did compare Diesel to diesel. Ford to Dodge. Just because you seen a Powerhouse FORD pull a train does not mean you can have a bucket of shit Dodge do the same thing. Ford is a power house they will haul more then any other truck on the market. Thats right more then chevy, dodge, more than any other. chevy is 21,000lbs, dodge is 22,000 lbs, and ford is 24,400lbs numbers don't lie.
-
@kappagreen71 and you wanna compare the two different circumstances that these were being pulled under?
compare apples to apples.
-
@mikespeed100 it's all about traction....

....just because the locomotive upper structure is gone,m doesnt mean the railroad didn't set the hand break. It's an FRA rule that any piece of equipment must have it's hand break set if it is in "stored,unserviceable" condition
