  • background song?

  • all these people criticizing the pit and chuck's style of fighting lol. i mean, first of all, every fighter fight the way he wants, so one to his own right? if something works for him he does it that way. and second, if the training methods didn't work, chuck wouldnt be the ufc champ would he? ;P

  • gdsagfus

    what the HELL

do you think you can teach chuck liddell something??

his hands are in this area for a reason... dont you think if it would be a mistake hackleman would tell him??

his hands are where they are so that you dont see them coming and so that he can put his whole body into the punch as fast as unpredictable and as powerfull as possible..

no disrespect to you.... but man... i thing chuck knows better then you!!

  • This guy has feet of steel.

  • chuck liddells style is outdated. his boxing stinks and as for kickboxing, he doesnt use kicks. he doest justneed to start using kicks,he needs to keep his hands in the general area of his face (better yet actually protecting his face). he has flaws in his technique and thats what can b ued against him. keep your fuckng hands up chuck!

  • you could make a better video than that

  • yeah he did. a spinning back kick wouldnt hurt followed up by a vicious left hand by chuck. if he combos up he can win against anyone I believe b/c he's proved that in the past. LIDDELL RAMPAGE 3

  • Sorry about that. Mawashi is a round house kick. High, mid and low.

I agree with you. Knowning real karate (training for years) doesn't hurt. Hackleman has some strong kicks - did he start as a Hawaiian Kempo fighter?

  • I remember this post. I'm not sure what a mawashi is but it sounds cool. Basic karate is underrated in mma b/c everyone talks about BJJ. Side kick will break them ribs boy.

  • AMEN!!! He KO'ed Sobral for the first time in Sobral's career with a mawashi. I saw the video from the Philipines - he has some snap in those legs. I wonder why he show's up to a fight with a stick (his right hand) when he can show up with a sword (his fists and kicks). His opponents aren't looking to get kicked and it's easier to counter somone you know only punches - they don't get tired. Jardine was fresh because he didn't have to tense up from getting kicked or getting up from a take down.
