The thing you're saying not to do, is quick scoping.

Sadly its almost impossible in Black Ops :(

I wish they unpatched it.

HOW TO QUICK SCOPE: make another account and no matter what NO MATTER WHAT just always take the shot. second make sure your always moving, but try to say to long lines of sight and never run around corners as a matter of fact take the out side of a corner don't go to the inside. third use a thermal scope it has the fastest possible aim time of any scope. fourth and final always have fun, if your not having fun your not going to do well.
