try turning sticky keys off if pressing shift 5 times fast doesn't work go to system prefs.

@LAFUGADELCABALLOPARA That is created by the screen capture application I use. It's called ScreenFlow

I used ScreenFlow to record my screen, you can also do many other things with it.

In the dock?
Just go to the folder you want in the dock and drag it onto it ( it has to be to the right side of the the thing where you can change the size though. Then once it's in just right click on it and select the way to want to see it displayed.
