  • You must get the right names of the people playing what they played on this song

it makes a big difference, and it gives credit where credit is due to the music!

But no fault of yours, you have good taste anyway! and if you have the album cover you can make those changes for the sake of the people playing on Corta El bonche!

btw i envy you, hanging around great musicians like that, must have been awesome

  • @masterdeeable11

what I meant when i was talking about kubavana's sound in their 1944-47 recordings, was that it definitely had that NY 70s style to it at the time, the grit, the edge. And of course Armando Peraza and Carlos Patato played in that recording, two who would later have legendary careers. Machito of course always amazing. A lot of those old groups would definitely sound amazing if they had access to even the 60s technology.

  • @SkullBeneath Yes, they were advanced but I think The Great Machito was more advanced than anybody coming up at the time. I wish the Sound was in todays Technology, I would think that it would. This Cut was in its Heyday when the Music was hitting' the Streets hard in the Ghettos, in Particularly Spanish Harlem, The Bronx, the whole Tri-state Area. Myself as a Musician, meeting and Hanging around The Legendary Chocolate Armenteros, this Group was known as we as called The BorinCuba Sound.

check out the original version of this tune by Conjunto Kubavana, its here on youtube, they were very ahead of their time.

  • Quien es el cantante de 'corte el bonche'?...

  • This was the NYC Street Sound of the 70's with its Origins from Cuba but was established by PRicans and Cubans which was a Rich Sound not Duplicated. One of my favorite Albums of all Time.

  • Dnload the audio from this vid at thetunify doht cohm.
