@venuecam I don't see a use for a tablet either. While you are correct about Flash requiring updates, it is more of a question of backwards compatibility. Flash soups be phased out. But, for the consumer, it's nice having a device with the ABILITY to use Flash if so chosen. An interesting report came out when Apple starting pushing HTML5. It was found that computers and electronic portable devices used less processing power using Flash 10 instead. Give it two years, and they'll both be obsolete.
@cordsweat I guess anyone who doesn't want an iPad won't buy it then. I have no plans on buying any tablet, let alone an iPad but the future of technolgy are standards. Utilisation of Flash requires updates of both software and hardware. HTML5 eliminates software updates, at least in the long term. Have fun buying a new tablet every 12 months when Flash runs like ass and ceases to support your device..
2:41 and 2:42 The words, "Enjoy Abundant Contents" changes to, "Enjoy Abundant Content". I think Samsung made a grammatical error but it was only corrected after the 2:42 time mark. On another note. Apple, how does it feel to have HTML5 with no Flash? Oh, that's right, your customers don't care. You tell them what's good for 'em and they'll buy it. We'll keep our Flash.
