Man from Occupy Boise Spray Paints Idaho Federal Building in Protest of The National Defense Authorization Act

On January 2nd, a man from Occupy Boise who shall remain unidentified. Made a statement saying, "We are tired of the shit we have to put up with." This was made in regards to the signing of The National Defense Authorization Act signed by President Barack Obama on New Years Eve 2011 in Hawaii. In which, many people among current protest movements, feel, it will allow The United States Military to detain American Citizens Indefinately. While a congressman familiar with the legislation appeared on The Lou Dobbs Show, giving an indication it was a, "clarification of existing law." In a video released by Hacktivist Collective Anonymous. The Person representing the group in The Video. Stated in front of a World Wide Viewership, "The National Defense Authorization Act is being called the most traitorous act ever witnessed in the Senate, and the language of the bill is cleverly designed to make you think it doesn't apply to Americans, but toward the end of the bill, it essentially says it can apply to Americans "if we want it to." The Group would later do an Information Dump known as Doxing on all The Senator's who voted for The Legislation. Idaho Senator Mike Crapo was among those who were "Doxed" by Anonymous. In a statement from a release by Senator Mike Crapo, he stated of The NDAA, "Recently, the U.S. Senate and House passed the annual National Defense
Authorization Act (NDAA). Before the bill was amended it contained a detainee
provision that needed work. Senator Risch and I, along with other senators,
recognized the problem immediately. That was followed by hearing from many
Idahoans regarding their concern with the protection of our civil liberties."
Meanwhile, during the rest of the unfolding events yesterday. The man in the video with a bandana covering his face, proceeded, to Spray Paint the following statements on the wall of The Idaho Federal Court House in Boise Idaho, stating in Spray Paint, "I am not a terrorist" and "Fuck The NDAA." The Sponsors of the bill were, Senator John McCain (R) from Arizona and Carl Levin (D) of Michigan
Idaho Senator Mike Crapo stated of The Debate on The Senate Floor regarding The NDAA, "When this bill surfaced many of us instantly took note of the detainee provisions.
We had spirited debates and a robust philosophical fight with other senators. In
the end, we won a change to these provisions to protect U.S. citizens'
constitutional rights above all." The Provision in question states, "(Sec. 1032) Requires U.S. Armed Forces to hold in custody pending disposition a person who was a member or part of al Qaeda or an associated force and participated in planning or carrying out an attack or attempted attack against the United States or its coalition partners. Authorizes the Secretary to waive such requirement in the national security interest. Makes such requirement inapplicable to U.S. citizens or U.S. lawful resident aliens." The man with the Bandana in his frustration stated, "Send me to fucking Guantanamo Bay, Please, send me there."
