quanto ca,zo è carburato grasso e vecchio quello scooter?

NORMALLY no scooter does this... only in case it´s cold (which means that the carburettor took too much oil by switching the motor off - if it mixes the oil-fuel alloy itself)...

its not cold, its the 2t oil band fuel mix being more 2t oil than petrol.
