central asia hey, i looked this up, i went pretty far enough and found out they come from australia!!!

What are the "samosas" called in central Asia? Also, was that red Thai chili? Do you have to keep the pastry dough in a cool place? The fruit raita seems to cool the spicy lamb and spices. It looks like it would work really well.
