  • For the same reason you 'shed' fans slag off the old steamers (ie:'kettles')

  • Probably becos we don't like modern sheds lol! Tell a lie, I do like the British diesels and electrics like the 25's, 33's, 37's, 45's, 47's, 86's and 87's. Not keen on these foreign imports though like the Canadian built locomotives.

Still, since proper trains have now gone and been replaced by boring DMU's/EMU's freights are the only real trains left!!!
