there is a 3rd reason why you might have 100cup and you computer runs like 0.5fps which is: put in an usb stick with out it case and conect all the 4 wires together :P = your computer will reboot up and then you get on like normal and your computer will have like 0.5fps

@kouvasilias123 oh good! same here but mine was running a program which is called Presentaionfontcache.exe and it was running a CPU of 99 and up! so i put End Process. and yes now its running normal

ok, thanks.Btw, I found the problem, there is a software called VAIO Analysis,which is installed in my laptop(VAIO), and it's analyzing every music,video and photo content in my computer...I just closed that program and it's using 3% ! :)
