@Sam1sThere im a mechanic,and yes it puts more strain on the driveline and engine/gearbox mounts,however cars built for abuse will handle it better than stock cars.probably get away with it for a while but if you like changing clutch's or paying for them to be replaced by all means go for it.

does powershifting hit redline and how fast do you have to shift so your engine dont get fucked up with too high of RPM? cuz when i tried it and my rpm went VVROOOOOOMMM!!!! and i got scared.

@john101dsc I would love to see a video of you doing that on a transmission with synchros! Hell....even one that is pro-shifted or face plated.
