had a white & grey 86 it was very fast on the top end & had heated seats that could melt your spine.

@TheLizardKing1967 Haha, Well these Merkur's didn't match up to these cars Either and these turned out to be real lemons, not bad looking and good try but again Do you really expect me To Believe some of these cars from Ford were comparable to Germanys Best? Iam not Euro car lover but Come on..Granada VS 450 SL? Yeah Right

The Merkur I recall was a 1980s attempt for Ford Europe models to be sold in the US in the late 1980s. I due suspect the other Sierras did not get a look in due to the Tempo/Topaz.

While the XR4Ti was only available in 3-door hatchback form with a 2.3L 4-cylinder unit, the Sierra could be had in a wide variety of flavors overseas, with engines ranging from 1.3L to 5.0V8 (limited production in South Africa). Bodystyles were 3 and 5 door hatchback, 4-door sedan, station wagon and pickup (P100)
