First double staff burn - 4 inch wicks

I'm still a total beginner with double staff, and my first burn is with 4 inch wicks! I'm way better than this, but those enormous flames really hurt.

This is the last half of the burn. The first half mainly consists of me holding them away from my body saying " Ow ow ow ow!!!"

I obviously have some thrill issues O_O

When the flames are that big move them as quick as possible even if it's just flailing. the movement makes it so the heat doesnt build in one spot and is dispersed around you. I've managed to keep pain to a minimum this way. Work on quick 2 or three beat spins... they are great to open with during a performance and generally the fastest you can move the staffs.

Oh and btw you're pretty cute. Definitely liked that outfit and seeing you with some staffs. ; )
