  • some nice jumps in there, 0:35 woulda been sick.

  • @adarqui yup

  • great progression dude. seriously. but you really need to focus on your approach with a faster and continuously accelerating approach you'd definitely gain 3 or more inches in your vert.

  • @NDJPro completely agree with you man just been foucsing on getting stronger and increasing vert, i'll have to start working on the form now

  • nice mate!

  • all you have to do is move faster... what dunker you know moves dat slow and weak for a dunk? thay woudnt make it if they did... check out my dunks on mypage ive been working on foot wrk and speed no weights 5'10''

  • seen some similar comments already, but dude if you work on your tenchique youll throw down dunks so easily! i started playing ball like 1.5 yrs ago and been in a team for 1 season. dunking became one of my favourite parts of the game immediately. i started off being able to touch the rim with my fingertips, and now i can make some easy dunks. you should really try out dunking off a bounce, ull make it after 1 day of trying, its way easier, more fun, no mate needed. nice outside courts there 2!

true. Besides for the slower runup wit the ball and not being able to use arm swing i didn't notice till kelly's article recently how much having the ball in your hands shifts the center of gravity forward when you jump. Even the without the ball my runup could improve and i could get a few more inches there

  • not bad chach, u and i should hav a jam session...

  • @nba8340 Yes , i feel you , my runup is slow and not aggressive also. Still , without the ball you can be very effective , like in those 10' dunks from your friend's lobs, very powerful/reactive plant there. If you managed to close that gap you could have off the dribble dunks easy at this rim...

  • @Ben1O16 Part of it though is that my form still isn't too great and it's just not comfortable going off a run or taking more than a few steps before the jump

  • @Ben1O16 haha yup its pretty bad. wasn't feeling very energetic that day at all just wanted to get in some jumps and dunk attempts on that court b4 starts getting cold. the couple lobs in the beginning were closer to full effort. Not sure why they weren't going down, i think i keep putting down the ball towards the back of the rim and then it clanks out.
