On 21 March 2011, I was bidding on an auction @ http://www.gilabid.com/closeddetails_933.html which was offering a MacBook Pro. My user name is sebng.
At 11:14pm, their system refused to accept my bid even though the time was not up yet. Seconds later, the timer for the MacBook Pro on the page hang at 2 sec, even though the timers for the rest of the auctions are still counting down normally. As a result, a user called "Mengchuan", which I was challenging against, won the auction. I had already spent 940 tokens and still had 92 tokens left in the account, which were intended to be used for the auction.
Note that this is not an isolated incident. Refer to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hmp4UviPusQ for evidence of another similar occurrence.
Also, refer to http://tiny.cc/ds48w & http://tiny.cc/iq6qd for evidence of consecutive deduction even when I was already the last bidder.
I notified the support team at Gilabid.com, but they insisted that their technical team had review the system & concluded that it was working fine.
