@kirstendirksen If they're are really goats it's important for me, what breed are they? I'm asking because they look like sheep to me. For superstitious reason our families don't eat goat meat so if it turns out this is sheep & it's as versatile as a goat it can be really good for me.

So sweet! I couldn't eat them. It would be like eating my dog, but it would be great to have the milk and cheese!

I had goat for dinner last night D:

i wanna do this, but i don't know how i feel about eating the boys...to kill a kid that you bottle fed, i dunno if i can deal with that

I like that sense of pride the boy has...it's definitely well earned! :)

@Sunshyne276 It was born that way. So has become even more the little boy's pet.

Fabulous, I'm going to try to get goats in my back yard!

@mspoidog47 It's a good idea as long as you know the work that's involved (mostly the milking). Though I've talked to people who get goats to share with neighbors so you can all take turns with the chores and others have brought in "interns" to help (from my video "Where it's legal to farm goats in the city"). But overall, I'd agree with Leslie that they're more useful (productive) than dogs.
