she's a beautiful girl...but she didnt do much belly dancing. My friend belly dances all the time so I know the difference and Julia just did 50% belly dancing. lol but it was a sexy performance none the less

Amanda wasn't being jealous. She is right. This girl is relying on being sexy, not talented. It's clear she CAN dance, but instead she chose a questionable song (isn't it about sex?) and made her dance overly simple but overly sexy. Had she performed in the fashion of a professional belly dancer with class first and sexy second, she would not have been buzzed out by Amanda. Instead it comes off more like a burlesque show.

btw, Julia had problems with a background music. She is used to dancing using arabic music, but she was told to pic something more like pop. I think it was the main reason why her performances looked not very professional.

I dont like her dancing. This is not belly dancing at all. Belly dancing is different. This is just a demonstration of her butt and boobs. The true belly dancing is also seductive but in a mysterious, elegant way. She got moves, but I dont like it because it is just vulgar. I said my opinion and now you may go ahead and post some rude comments about how envious I am or whatever :oD.
