Потрясающая музыка! Сразу начинаешь размышлять о бренности бытия... я впервые её услышала где-то в 1980-1981 г. (могу на 1-2 года ошибиться, давно это было) в исполнении хора "Аvesol" из Пибалтики. Сопрано, поющие имитацию колоколов выходили в зал к слушателям.Было непередаваемое ошущение! С тех пор люблю "Пушкинский венок", особенно "Зимнее утро" и "Наташу". Царство небесное Георгию Васильевичу...великий был композитор!

Veljo Tormis also has good memories on Georgy Sviridov. Sviridov was a good friend and supporter to Tormis while Tormis was studing composition in Moscow.
