There is a condition called 'bird chest' or pectus carinatum, which means that your chest wall is raised at the center or sternum. If you are considering breast enlargement, the type of breast implant you choose is important as the implant will have the tendency to move outward. Watch my video to find out which implant style I recommend for this type of chest wall shape.

  • @Ameliemermaid oh, lol so men don't care if they are real or fake? Apparently they are just really really fussy about them according to what you're saying.

  • ty for the info =)

  • I had severe PE along with the Nuss procedure to correct it to where it's almost unnoticeable. These girls have mild cases of the condition. Women with PE that are considering getting this done should look into the minimally invasive Nuss procedure. Nice work.

  • @Fagwafflez

Only BADLY done implants are a turn off for men.

Trust me. Men don't care if the are real or fake, as long as they are big, nicely shaped, not saggy, and not covered in stretch marks.
