  • I'm convinced I have this disease. I remember my cat biting my ear two months back. Not long after, my ear got really itchy and red and I thought I had been bitten by a mosquito or an ant. A large lymph node below my ear started swelling up on my neck, and I found a soft and mobile lymph node on my neck and one in my opposite armpit. I started worrying about lymphoma as the node on my neck just wouldn't go down, but I had none of the symptoms. Didn't get tested at the doctor's so who knows...

  • if anyone knows what antibiotics actually work, let me know please!! I have had bartonella henselae for 3 years! and its not fun living with this.

  • I got it a few months ago, lost 80% of vision on my left eye because of retina damage, I'm still looking for a solution but not luck. This is a serious disease that not only affects kids, and a lot people doesn't know about it, I'm 30 and I never knew existed until it happened to me.

  • The first time I got it I was 10 years old, I got it from some pussy next door

  • i had a lot cat bites and scratches

  • Cat scratch fever can be serious. This guy acts like it is nothing. When my daughter got it, her doctors (yes plural, 5 doctors) thought it was Leukemia. Her lymph nodes under her arm became just barely under baseball size and extremely painful. She suffered high fevers, lethargy and convulsions. She was about to go through her first round of chemotherapy when, by chance a doctor visiting the clinic with knowledge of cat scratch fever made the diagnosis. She required surgery to heal.

  • l had it it it was in my armpit it goes away anibodys help but sometimes it goes away when you stay away from the cat for 3 weeks it will not kill you
