A fantastic jazzy song, performed by the master Antonio Carlos Jobim.

Só danço samba
Só danço samba, vai, vai, vai, vai, vai
Só danço samba
Só danço samba, vai
Só danço samba
Só danço samba, vai, vai, vai, vai, vai
Só danço samba
Só danço samba, vai

Já dancei o twist até demais
Mas não sei
Me cansei
Do calipso ao chá chá chá

Só danço samba
Só danço samba, vai, vai, vai, vai, vai
Só danço samba
Só danço samba, vai

Só danço samba
Só danço samba, vai
Só danço samba
Só danço samba, vai

  • no haters... how amazing it is in this mad world...

  • isso que é samba

    muito bom

  • Sim, essa versão é com o João Gilberto. (Yes, this version's by João Gilberto)

  • i listen this song when i walk in the streets and i feel so good.

  • @maumsteen sure,but jobim is on piano

  • Joao Gilberto on guitar and vocals. Tom Jobim is on the piano, Getz on the Sax. If you ask me Gilberto is the real anchor weight of Bossa Nova. Without his interpretation Jobim's compositions are less endearing. The rhythm section is characteristic of Getz.

  • i feel you should mention Stan Getz as the duet to make this magic

  • @dreamsyume

The original, yes. Put a Getz guy in this, and a Gilberto, and it start (or finish) to be another thing.

more: it was a lil joke about the fact that it appears on the album "jazz samba"...

  • Well, Jazz is Jazz and Samba is Samba. Its very different. The original "So Danço Samba" is not Jazz.
