  • You're out of breath from talking...you should try CrossFit to get into shape.

  • I agree worthless, how bout some real squats all the way down. guys dont do them because they dont look as strong, when they only work a TRUE squat and pause with 135, but leg press about 5 bills.. what a waste of time.

  • It wasn't Jerry Fallwell it was Pat Robertson, and it was 1,000 while pushinghis knees and coming down about a quater of an inch on his reps and he counted the "bar" as 45lbs. plus they say it was bumpers. It's not a worthless lift, it may not be as good as the squat but it's NOT worthless.

  • Jerry Fallwell can legpress 2000 pounds. It's a pretty worthless lift.

  • Do squats more

  • Hey man you're pretty strong, I've been lifitng for 11 years and I'm very strong too but on squats I SUCK. It's a balance thing I think because I can leg press about 450-500 pounds but I can barely squat 165 to parallel. Any tips?

  • Hey BigTurd! How ya doin'?

  • Apology accepted. You're still pretty cool.
