    Single hand snatch, power press, jerk, are ancient /more of a ballistic technique/. Opposite to controlled press and stability holds, in which the weight is either levelled by body or elevated by a specific muscle group- without total body or leg drive.

  • Credit due: you made it look easy, which is also why it's good that, at the clip's end, you focus on the dumbell itself, confirming it's real.
