@brownclownsfrown that's funny because I'm pretty sure he was a recording artist in the late 50's and wasn't even born until 1937 so...i doubt he was making guitars in his infancy. also when you start off and argument with a "first of all..." well, normal people tend to have a "second of all". @Udonitron dude i guarantee is was not Magic Sam at a time when tungsten pickups were damn near impossible to remove from a guitar with out destroying them, also they were ridiculously expensive and I doubt a guy named "Magic Sam" had the means and the money to take apart an electric guitar just for the pick up. if youre talking about one-stringed guitars a.k.a a "bo diddley" it was not Magic Same either so Jack needs to give credit to NO ONE.
