  • @liroyals4 Thanks doctor. I must say the lad is now 13 and 5'6 155lbs. He is above average height. Thahnks for your expert information.

  • @liroyals4 Sir you mistakenly put your attributes on your comment. Now you can continue eating your shit.

  • i started lifting when I was 7. I'm now 18 and I'm only 5'3 193lbs.

  • Well, height is overrated. Good luck stubby.

  • @coachsoop Your a douche

  • just let him train, really training does not slow your growth its a myth...

bad for the joints not really, the joints will just inprove and get stronger due to hes age and hes able to recover much faster...

if he keeps up pushing him self dont let him do 60% wich will not force any "body homons to release and increase hes strenth" really push him to the limit and let hes body recover him stronger

  • ha ha ha thats sooo fucked up but hilarious

  • @liroyals4 5'3 and 18 years old? i think thats considered midget status

  • big deal , I deadlifted 300 when i was 8 (300 was what my dad was curling. he left the barbell on the floor and i deadlifted it bitch)

  • @coachsoop LOLOL. You're too funny.

  • @coachsoop you made my day. haha

  • @lambo9322 steroids wont stunt your growth. that´s a myth too

  • why do people have to talk shit on every single vid i watch these days?for the love of god i wish i could see you face to face.thanks for the vid.

  • too easy!!!

  • people there no such thing as stunting ur growth wow people excel at certains sports because of there genes. have u ever seen a tall bodybuilder no u see average height or short one. thats like saying playing basketball makes u tall because look at the pros there tall nonsense. steroids stunt growth not bb

  • I agree with you there spar4tee, and I have yet to hear of any medical evidence that says it's wrong to allow young kids to train, with good form they'll be fine.

  • the myth about lifting stunting your growth came from the 1960s when bodybuilding was becoming more popular. people noticed that the teen bodybuilders had stunted growth and immediately assumed that was the weights but it actually the steroids they were using that stunted their growth. lifting weights with proper form has been proven to promote healthy growth not stunt it. prime example : Arnold Schwarzenegger started bodybuilding at age 14 and grew to be 6'2.

  • he has potential to be strong.

  • he wont stunt his growth, richard sandrak the worlds strongest kid started lifting at 2, he's now 16 and 5'10, id say not stunted

  • Where does this 'stunt your growth' nonsense come from??

I can tell you now it only becomes a concern when the kid lifts badly, however it was a good lift!

Tell me kb7787, in your infinite wisdom how do you account for someone genectically disposed to be small in 'average adult' terms?

Should they quit before they start?

Your point is really null and void unless you have some medical proof to back you up?

  • I started lifting weights when i was 11. had no growth problems.

  • he doesn't have to lift it that far because of his height.

  • actually its been proven that lifting with good form has NO CHANCE of stunting your growth, your actually more likely to stunt it playing sports like football, hockey and even soccer

  • You don't let a 9 year old train with weights you will stunt his growth! Bad parents! How sad...
