This is far from the original and meaningful and heartfelt version. Too bad, but it is something that really takes away from this awesome hymn.

@travisferron Yes it is uplifting..have you heard Stryper's version..they call it "10,000 Years" off their "Reborn" CD?...I like that one as well. I've heard a couple other versions..using the tune from the hymnal, but, they're hard rock that are pretty good.

@PapaJim1963 I think this version is really great , it is very uplifting . Unlike the other Hymn book version which kinda always comes along with funerals.
