This is my version of the classic qi gong standing meditation. Do it for as long it feel right for you. Start with a short time and then gradually extend the time. Imagine that you are a post or a tree. Follow along this instruction video. Breathe in and out through your nose. When you inhale feel your belly expanding. Relax and allow chi to support you and have trust that you can nurture your whole body and being with this simple standing meditation. There are various ways of doing this standing pose so find what works for you - adjust your position and carefully experience energy supporting you - if and when you get tense focus on your breath and let this tension pass - use the suggested visualizations to balance your body and enjoy lots of chi making you stronger. Practice every day and enjoy the strength it gives you - just standing still.
I left the original sound on this video - just as it was.
