it'a biellmen spiral, and Caroline shows a variation of holding the leg instead of the blades. this position needs great flexibility and strength of muscles

I think she projects a totally different quality that Sasha Cohen. When she skates I can't help thinking of a rose in a crystal vase. Her skating persona is totally enchanting. The jumping technique needs work.
