  • Hey I got a 700c mountain bike (cheap brand so I could customize) and the rear brakes won't stop squealing. I adjust the pads, toed them, swapped them for clear gummy, had a shop "re adjust" them, cleaned the rim, sanded all the paint from where the pad meets the rim, and still squeals as loud as ever. Embarrassing on the trail. Any ideas?

  • Thank you for this vid

  • @coolingscythe02 coaster breaks or "breakpeadle" brakes are in the rear wheal hub. replace that and you should be good.
