I have pretty much the same 2 speed fan, you probably saw it you're on the dt forums. Mine's a 1986 with tan cabinet, but brown blades with flat hub, the previous switch, and different Sears badge. I think they changed over to the style of yours between 88 and 90, not sure. They manufacture year is actually engraved on the bottom of these.

I have a Super Electric 20" Box Fan, in Canada, that I purchased new around 1992. The box is a light grey and grills are white, the handle is broken of course, great fan though, much better than the flimsy plastic stuff available now.

exactly like my aunts except this dosent have the hub hers had, i loce them motrs but there not the best, urs is pretty noisy

Yeah, this style of motor tends to be noisy. This vid was taken in my garage when it was about 10 degrees, so that may have something to do with why its so loud.
