Good tips, shame I cant get most of that stuff where I live. Just remember when you're saying it contains 50% vitamin C, thats actually 50% of the recommended daily intake which can vary from person to person!

Really good tips! Those fruit strip things are amazing! I love them. The larabars however, I don't really care for. I can eat one every once in while.

A lot of those foods will make you sluggish. Lots of fats/ gluten. Lots of glucose which comes from fresh fruits and vegetables. Stay hydrated. To keep off the sluggishness.
I barely buy any packaged foods and if I do they are organic/ with very little ingredients. There are many preservatives in foods like those pineapple cups which are very detrimental to the body.
I recommend lots of dried fruit, dates, honey& water, some nuts, and green tea.
