The Standard Core Routine is a six exercise general strength routine for distance runners. Great for after running, this core circuit targets the major muscles in the core region: glutes, hamstrings, lower back, obliques, and abdominals.

  • Great video, Jason, thanks for posting! I have been doing the pedestal and myrtle routines, and think I might try this out as a way to mixup my core work.
