you need to use more lube liquid murphys works good and try keeping your foot closer to the rim

OK Mate you would be better offering the rim to the tyre over the shallow well and back peeling your first bead on.

I have allways found it easier and there is less chance of rim damage.

I noticed you where having a bit of trouble fitting the second bead try using a stop slide this is a device that fits over the rim and prevents the tyre following you round when your levering it on.

I liked the removal device you used that was impressive.
