The Terrace Bay-Schreiber Action Centres mandate was to assist displaced workers in developing the skills and knowledge necessary to cope with the current labour market. The Centre provided services such as job search assistance, outreach to affected workers, personal support in dealing with the stress of job loss, and financial counselling.
