HFIL is an excellent lvling spot. You can lvl up with just the right equipment for hours!

@TheGreatSvenster Of course. Fat Buu you can actually talk to and TRY to make friends and Kid/Super Buu you can say "Hell-" before he smashes your skull into itty bitty pieces.
