  • Body fat cannot be burn untill yu exercise yur whole body from head to shoe if yu wanna burn fat from any single part of your body yu have to exercise like cardio skipping rope and fast walk increase yur heartbeat as much as yu can while running yu will be burning and dont forget to follow diet chart yu will definetely be thin
