@ScottyHenderson1 Agreed. Hip hop is very much alive. Its just underground where people can appreciate real music: Atmosphere, Cyne, Nieve, Soul Providers, J-Zone, Celph titled, Louis Logic, Fermented Reptile, Diverse, Macklemore, Surreal, Iron Lyon, Soul Square, Tha Connection, Incise, etc.

The shit I grew up listening to just puts ALL of todays so-called hip-hop to shame..hell,it isnt even close. Lil Wayne? Give me a break! Tupac,Biggie,NWA,Public Enemy,Too Short,DOC etc. vs todays shit...not even close! Its like comparing the Lakers to a high school team. Hip-hop died when Pac died. Period.

I agree that the 90's are better, but for the camparison your choosing the most annoying songs for today's rap, theres a lot of new good hip hop artist out that werent on this.
