Motorsport teams around the world agree, the Mazak Integrex is the ideal machine for producing prototype crankshafts and camshafts...from billet, casting, or forging! This video is older, but shows the capability of the machine nicely.

  • This video was taken several years ago of the Mazak Integrex 200Y. Today's comparable model is the Integrex i-200.

  • whats the total machine time for a crank like that?

  • @TexasAceAA - This demo is some years old now, and it produced several orders from NASCAR teams around the nation. I believe cycle time was under 3 hours, including the angled, gun-drilled oil holes. Before this, teams had no flexibility and needed to order cranks months in advance. The Integrex allowed race teams to have a new crank each week to meet track conditions. The machine revolutionized the sport.

  • shouldn't cooling oil be used? I thought working a piece, that hard, that quickly without lubricant would dull the bit in seconds.

  • I am filled with admiration for the people who can design, manufacture and programme a machine like this.I am a layman in this area and have not the slightest idea how this is done.

  • O.o how did u get here from minecraft?!

  • i work as cnc machinist DOOSAN 400L I never the machine without a coolant....in this video the machine in dry condition.

  • How much does it cost this machine ???

  • Americans never get it how much easier everything is if dump that stoneage inc system

  • very interesting thanks for sharing!!

  • That is an amazing piece of machinery!

  • So embarrassing. That first cut demonstrates how weak this machine really is. This machine cannot compete with the Mori NT1000 or NT2000....not even close!
